Manchester City fans seemed to be just as disjointed as their defence as they looked for someone to place the blame on after Ederson was sent off against Wolves.
For anyone who didn’t watch the game, a ball over the top split the defence, and the erratic Ederson came out to meet it.
Unfortunately for the Brazilian, it didn’t quite go to plan as he missed the ball and instead caught Diogo Jota, picking up a red card for his troubles.

Ederson had no real choice but to come out and meet the ball, and there was blame to be placed on multiple players.
A number of supporters weren’t best pleased by Nicolas Otamendi’s contribution and they didn’t hold back when criticising the centre-back.
Others had a rather different view on the matter and pointed the finger at Kyle Walker for his part in the goal as he seemingly wasn’t tight enough on Jota.
There was a section of the fanbase who had a much more plain view of the incident, blaming the man who was sent off.
To be fair, it’s hard to disagree with that view as Ederson seemed to misjudge the situation and essentially allowed Jota to buy an easy foul of him.
In other news, one City target has received glowing reviews from his peers.
